This is one of my favorites to go back and read。 Now if you are looking for book to read that is just like the movie, this really isn't it。 You will find some of the parts from the movie in the book, but a lot of it was taken out。 If you are looking for a good book for a good night read I would say this is by far one of the best。 This is one of my favorites to go back and read。 Now if you are looking for book to read that is just like the movie, this really isn't it。 You will find some of the parts from the movie in the book, but a lot of it was taken out。 If you are looking for a good book for a good night read I would say this is by far one of the best。 。。。more

Siempre me ha encantado todo lo relacionado con Alicia en el país de las maravillas, y sinceramente por fin haber podido leer este libro, es increíble, lo amo。

The best way to sum up this book is that it is a whole lot of chaos。 What else do you expect from the actual story that so many of us grew up with in one form or another? It was interesting to read the story and see what was true to the adaptations of it in movies。 I was pleasantly surprised about the talking flowers, her crying herself into an ocean, and the bread butterflies。 They’re some of my favorite visual images from the movie I grew up with。 I was shocked to learn the differences, like h The best way to sum up this book is that it is a whole lot of chaos。 What else do you expect from the actual story that so many of us grew up with in one form or another? That was gratifying。 It’s interesting to see what creativity this story inspired for the movies。I also liked seeing the famous lines in the story, like the raven desk, 6 impossible things (actually said by the white queen) and what not。 The poems were also some of my favorite parts of the book, loving the one mentioned by Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dum。Overall a decently good book that is nostalgic。 。。。more

i love the characters and the world that this book takes place in but i just found it boring to read and there is not real intense storyline to keep me hooked。 i think it would be much better for younger readers。

2。5 stars ⭐️ : Although this book is one of literature’s most famous children’s books, I just didn’t enjoy it 。 It was quite confusing with jumping from place to place and different creatures animals and objects telling different poems and riddles about for example a walrus and a man eating oysters with shoes 🧐??。 Maybe I might read this book again in a year or two to fully understand it。 The concept and the imagination was amazing but I would not recommend this book to young readers as it can b 2。5 stars ⭐️ : Although this book is one of literature’s most famous children’s books, I just didn’t enjoy it 。 It was quite confusing with jumping from place to place and different creatures animals and objects telling different poems and riddles about for example a walrus and a man eating oysters with shoes 🧐??。 Maybe I might read this book again in a year or two to fully understand it。 The concept and the imagination was amazing but I would not recommend this book to young readers as it can be quite confusing in parts 😀 。。。more

my favourite thing about the book is when there's this simple phrase, and you instantly find a meaning to it。 if you said it out loud, it would probably sound like pure nonsense。 but it makes sense to you。 (would've been better if Lewis Carroll wasn't a creepy) my favourite thing about the book is when there's this simple phrase, and you instantly find a meaning to it。 if you said it out loud, it would probably sound like pure nonsense。 but it makes sense to you。 (would've been better if Lewis Carroll wasn't a creepy) 。。。more

I don't know。So much of this including the illustrations seems very Victorian - a far away world that Carroll offered an escape from。there is no end to the effort one could make in interpreting all of the conversations and absurd characters and their behaviors。 But this was just my first pass - will i try another sometime? 。。。more

I like the first book more then the second one。It felt so nostalgic reading this。 Alice’s wild imagination led her to the wonderland, just like how most children do。 I used to dream a lot of adventurous stuff, with my own dream friends。 Often time they were so ridiculous just like how Alice’s are and remembered feeling so happy when i woke up。This book made me remember those times。
